Being a new build we thought it would be a great first time home and we were not wrong.
The property is only about 2 years old now so when we moved in everything was new and we could enjoy the home from day 1.
The garden appealed as it is one of the larger ones on the development and it really is a lovely little close with some fantastic neighbours and if we could take them with us we would.
The garage is also a massive bonus as it gives us some great storage space and with the remainder of the builders guarantee it is nice to know if there are problems they can be sorted.
