When I first saw the house I was immediately attracted by the unusually spacious ground floor, which - apart from the benefit of a cloakroom and utility room - provided what I felt was a generously sized well equipped kitchen with decent fitted cupboards, range cooker, fitted dishwasher and attractive lighting.
