Property description
Liss Forest is an ever popular village surrounded by beautiful countryside and yet within easy reach of all the services and amenities you could want.
This particular house is tucked away in a small cul de sac and is one of a few that has a big enough plot to incorporate a garage and additional parking for a couple of cars on the drive as well.
One of the benefits of owning houses built in the 1960s & 1970s is that they tend to be larger than their newer competitors, so here you get a separate dining area apart from the lounge area.
The current owner has lived here for some forty years and has modernised and maintained as the time has gone by, with the kitchen and bathroom having been upgraded in recent years - for example in the bathroom the bath has been replaced with a large double shower cubicle - great for modern living.
A great house for a young family perhaps?
What the Owner says:
Considering the amount of time we have lived here I suppose it would be reasonable to say that we have liked it! Our children were brought up here and the schools are superb. We've always looked on the house as our family home.
The neighbours have always been lovely, and in our spare time we have enjoyed many riverside walks.
Being a village it's important to support local businesses and having a plumber and a carpenter down the road is extremely useful!
In fact we're only moving to be nearer our children and grandchildren.
