We bought this apartment mainly because of the fantastic central location and easy access to the children’s schools but also because of the space that the apartment provides. The huge amount of outside space is unusual for an apartment. It is such a bonus to be able to walk into Tunbridge Wells within 15 minutes and to hop on the train and be in the City in under an hour, though with all the social life that Tunbridge Wells has to offer, we go travel to London less and less. It is great to have the peace of mind that you have a dedicated space guaranteed outside your home. We will be sad to leave this lovely place, but as we have three children now it is time to move on. We hope the new owner is as happy here as we have been.
