We charge a referencing fee of £50 per tenant which is payable upon submission of a completed application form. We also require a reservation fee of £100 which holds the property whilst the application is being processed, the reservation fee will be deducted from the monies payable on move in.If a guarantor is required to support an application, there is no charge for referencing the first guarantor but any additional guarantor application will incur a charge of £50.Prior to moving into the property, one month's rent is payable in advance together with the deposit. If there is a pet, then an additional amount may be payable to the deposit and you will be advised of this prior to your application being processed. As the end of a tenancy approaches, we will offer the option of renewing the tenancy for a further fixed term. If this is taken up, then an administration fee in the sum of £25 will be payable.
