- great location
-lots of hidden gems of places to eat / drink
- gym is really good and no contract so super cheap
- Tesco and coffee shop are really handy
- little to no heating required, the apartment stays temperate all year round, we`ve never switched it on
- very very quiet, no problems with noise
- parking outside is free from 6 (I think) Friday to Monday early am which is useful
- water pressure in shower is very good, no problems with heat and if there ever were to be the building sorts it out quickly because it effects everyone
