Our parents moved to Lewes from London approximately 40 years ago and this house has been a much loved family home. Having been a former Inn, we still call the front room to the left, the 'bar room'! Over the years we have enjoyed many 'shows' put on by our children in the lounge - with the curtains opening across the bay window to reveal their stage! Unfortunately we are now in a position where we have to sell but hopefully the new owners will enjoy this spacious house as much as we have. We have found it to be in the perfect location with easy access to the Downs, the River Ouse and walking distance to the local shops and lots of other amenities. This road has a convenient bus service with a bus stop just outside which goes into Brighton.
