We bought this property from new. We chose this one due to its location mostly.
We love being on the seafront, and make the most out of simply walking out of the door and soaking up the sea air. If we decide to stay in, we simply open the door and sit in the sun.
The complex itself is extremely luxurious and we feel we're on holiday every day.
Mostly the residents keep themselves to themselves, but they are there if we ever need them.
We are truly going to miss this place, but we know the new owners will enjoy it as much as we do.
