Outline planning permission was granted on 19th July 2016 under application number PA16 / 04548 for  the construction of a residential dwelling with some matters reserved.

NOTE: The distance between Chestnuts and the western boundary of the plot was incorrectly shown as 4m on the approved planning drawing and as such a corrected drawing showing the distance as 7.38m is currently submitted with the local planning authority awaiting approval.
