This block of just over 13 acres of pasture land sits between the villages of Seend and Semington and just outside Bulkington. It is arranged in two parcels, divided by a fenced ditch and the majority is level in aspect with a slight slope towards the eastern boundary.

There is direct road access into the land at two points from the A361. The land is enclosed by a combination of matures hedges and stock fencing and the boundary to the north runs along banks of the Semington Brook.

Subject to gaining any of the necessary consents, the land would suit a variety of uses including small holding and equestrian as well as agriculture of course.
