Follow this driveway proceeding past a number of agricultural buildings proceeding straight over a further cattle grid, follow this winding road for approximately 1 mile ignoring all gravelled tracks off. Upon reaching the T junction turn proceed straight ahead signposted Mixon Mines and follow this driveway keeping right at the fork in the road. proceed straight ahead and the land is located directly in front of you.
