DIRECTIONS Leave the centre of Wakefield in a South Westerly direction along the A642 Westgate and continue straight ahead onto the A642 Horbury Road and continue along the A642 for approximately five miles. On entering the village of Middlestown bear slightly right at the traffic lights and continue along the A643 and after a short distance bear left onto Nell Gap Lane where upon the property will be found on the right hand side between numbers 74 and 76 and can be identified by our for sale board.
