The decrofted house site extends to approximately 0.35 acres (to be confirmed by title plan) and Planning in Principle has been granted for the erection of a single storey property. The plot sits in a tranquil position at the back of the surrounding croft land away from the township road and is accessed via a road which has already been cleared and sweeps up towards the base of the hill. A deed of servitude permitting access across the croft land is already in place. The road enters the site which lies to the left hand side as you approach, 4 pegs mark the area.
