50% share: £95,000 + 50% rent per calendar month of £197.

75% share: £142,500 + 25% rent per calendar month of £98.

For part-shares, the tenure will be LEASEHOLD.



In addition, there is a monthly service charge, estimated at £16.50, to cover items such as communal area cleaning, grounds maintenance, buildings insurance, ground rent etc.
