We have lived in this home for over 16 years and are just the second family to live here. We are very fortunate to benefit from living in the country, yet public transport and motorway access is quick and easy.
We are located in a 'walkers paradise', we have the kings woods to the front of our home and fields to the rear and along the ridge, just 3-4 mins walk, there are far reaching views to Rye and Hastings. The local pub, and local shop/post office are both within walking distance.
