We loved the floor space that this home offered and although we’d seen other townhouses, this one had the garage on the ground floor which is perfect as we have converted it into a storage space and a gym, with a big utility area which is great for hiding away washing and ironing and doing some running. Although there are three bedrooms to the top floor, we were sold it as a four bedroom home as you could use the back room on the ground floor as a guest room, but we prefer to have it as a lounge and garden room in the summer. Since we bought the house we have had all of the windows double glazed and had the fascias replaced.
