The phrase, looks can be deceiving, is certainly appropriate when it comes to this house. From the front, you could be forgiven for thinking that this is just a 'run of the mill' two or three bedroom home but you would be very mistaken. In fact there is, not two, but four floors of accommodation and the house seems to just keep going and going. None of the rooms are what you might consider small and if you've a large family this could well be the solution.
A master bedroom occupies all of the top floor and has a big wardrobe and even bigger en-suite. The next floor down has another bedroom with en-suite and two further bedrooms and family bathroom.
The lounge on the 'living' floor overlooks the back garden which is accessed through the lower ground floor, which could make an excellent annexe as it has it's own shower and utility room.
As with a lot of town houses this certainly offers a huge amount of versatility so however you choose to use it, it doesn't matter, just as long as its space that you need.

When we moved here we needed space as we had two families coming together and needed to accommodate six children as well as the two of us. We wanted to stay in Singleton but couldn't find a house that met our needs, particularly within a reasonable budget.
There is just so much space here so everybody can get there own room and you never feel like you're living on top of each other. We've split the room on the lower ground floor to create more bedrooms but this could easily be transformed back but depends on your needs. Most of the children have left now so we no longer need a house this size but we would definitely recommend it if you need lots of room.
