£200+VAT (£240) for one tenant
£75+VAT (£90) for each additional tenant
£75+VAT (£90) VAT for each guarantor if required
Properties
£375+VAT (£450) for one tenant
£75+VAT (£90) for each additional tenant
£75+VAT (£90) for each guarantor if required
The above fee is for all of the following:
Tenant/s referencing via outsourcing to a specialised tenant referencing company
Production of the tenancy agreement including a deed of guarantee if applicable
Producing a balance of monies statement and the processing of your payment
Registering and processing your deposit payment into a government deposit scheme
Checking you in to your new property
Security deposit:
Equal to one and a half months' rent unless you have a pet in which case it is two times the rent
