We originally chose this house for its location within the village. It was part of the first phase of the redevelopment of Iwade, which is generally regarded as the better part of the village being more established and having a greater feel of space. We found this development to be quiet and liked the way the house was tucked away at the bottom of the cul-de-sac.
Since owning the home we have redesigned and refitted the kitchen and opened up the kitchen/dining area and conservatory to create a more open usable space, with a contemporary feel. We have also created more parking to the front to compliment the garage.
