Property description

If you are looking for a nice place to retire, then look no further. Whenever you see programs on TV about properties they always say, ‘location, location, location’, and that is definitely the case with this lovely park home. You can just picture what it would be like to live here, going for long walks along the canal bank into Hythe, popping into one of the cafes or restaurants for dinner and then taking a scenic stroll back along the beach. If this has worked up a thirst then why not pop into the Prince of Wales Pub for a nice cold drink.

This home has the added benefit of double glazing and central heating, which will help to keep you warm on those chilly evenings. The kitchen/dining area is a nice size and even has space for a small table and chairs. You can just imagine sitting here eating breakfast, as the sun streams in through the windows.

The gardens here will definitely keep any budding gardener happy, as the lawn wraps all the way around the park home. All you need are a few flower beds with some lovely flowers, giving you that perfect place to sit and relax on a warm summer’s day. There is no need to worry about where to put the garden furniture and tools during the winter months as there is even a shed to store them all in.

What the Owner says:

When the opportunity came up for my mum to buy this park home, it suited her perfectly. She was downsizing from a larger house, so she was able to buy it outright and then retire comfortably.

She bought the property from new twelve years ago and has meticulously maintained it. Just this year she had a new, modern, easy access shower cubicle fitted.

Mum really enjoyed her time here and made many friends, and as she didn’t drive, her neighbours used to take her into town to do her shopping. So if you are looking for somewhere with a real community feel, you will enjoy living here.
