I have lived here for 13 very happy years, however I have now made the tough decision to relocate closer to family.

When I moved in, the apartment needed an awful lot of work. In the time that I have been here I have re-fitted the kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom; I have also had a new boiler fitted and the windows replaced in April 2014, so hopefully the new owner will not have to worry about any future maintenance.

All the residents own the freehold for our block, which has been absolutely fantastic as it gives us total control over how the service charge money is spent.
