We bought this flat as an investment in 2010. It needed a lot of updating and since buying it we have re-fitted the kitchen with bespoke units, re-fitted the bathroom and laid new flooring.

We have never had an issue in getting tenants, as the location is fantastic. The running costs are low with a service charge of £800 per annum & ground rent of £150 per annum (2012-2013).
