When we bought our house we were expecting our first child, so when we were able to find a house opposite what we feel is the best primary school in the area we got very excited.

We have done lots of work to our home since moving in. We started with the sun room extension by replacing the windows and fitting a new polycarbonate roof, which has helped to keep it warmer during the winter months. This space has made a great play area for our children. We have also just had new carpets fitted in the lounge, on the stairs and in bedroom 1 and had the house redecorated, so hopefully the new owner can move straight in, unpack and relax.
