When I was looking for a new home I saw many properties and what made this one stand out over all the others, was fact that is it was on Hillcrest Road. What I liked most about the road was that it was predominantly occupied by large detached houses, which gave the area a really grand feeling.
The apartment was in fantastic condition when I moved in, however I have done a few tweaks. I fitted a new front door, replaced the carpets and had new vinyl flooring laid in the hallway and bathroom. One thing I didn’t know when I moved in was how nice the neighbours are and they have all become very good friends in the short time that I have been here.
