Property description

Tucked away off Burmarsh Road this quiet cul-de-sac is on the edge of some of Kent’s most beautiful countryside, so whether you enjoy walking, cycling or fishing, I assure you won’t be disappointed. Hythe’s unspoilt canal is just a couple of minutes away, where you can walk past Port Lympne wildlife park and view some of the animals for free, or take a leisurely stroll into Hythe.

The large kitchen is ideally linked to the dining room, making it perfect for entertaining as, whilst you cook dinner, your friends can gather round the table and chat over a glass of wine. When the weather is nice you can open the double doors and let the fresh air in.

After a hard day at work you will want somewhere to sit and relax in peace and quiet and where better than the sun room that overlooks the back garden, you can just imagine sitting here with a nice book, listening to the birds singing whilst the afternoon sun streams in.

There shouldn’t be any arguments over the bedrooms as all four are generously proportioned and the main bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, so you can simply roll out of bed into the shower, making getting ready in the morning easier.

The beautiful back garden is a great place for family gatherings as it catches the sun at the end of the day. You can picture sitting here with food sizzling away on the BBQ and catching up on the goings on with friends and family.

What the Owner says:

I was thrilled to buy this lovely bright and spacious house, with a garden full of fruit, vegetables and flowers. The views of the 'roughs' are so pretty and the house overlooks the ‘green’, the central hub of the cul-de-sac.
I’d lived in this area before and was delighted to return as I loved walking the dogs by the canal and having such a wide variety of wildlife right on my doorstep. I continue to enjoy watching the many bird varieties that come into the garden and the antics of squirrels and magpies, and late evening visitors such as the hungry hedgehog. I knew the sunsets were gorgeous along the canal in high summer but I’ve been captivated by the dramatic sunsets over Lympne Castle, from the back of the house.
