When we originally moved to the area we liked this property because we wanted a place within convenient access of St. Martins School. We really liked the road and the fact that there are all different styles of property's down here and we liked the fact that the lounge was at the back of the property overlooking the garden.
We needed a decent size bedroom for our children and the loft room certainly provided that.
