The position of the house is one of the main things that attracted us because of its convenience to Shenfield train station and good local schools including Hutton All Saints, Willowbrook and St Martin's where our children went.
The green at the end of the cul-de-sac has hosted many street parties including the Golden Jubilee celebrations and it is great for encouraging a nice community spirit.
In the last few years we have modernised the kitchen, decorated and fitted a new fireplace in the lounge. Now that our children have grown up we have decided it's time for us to downsize a bit and let somebody else enjoy this wonderful home.
