Available on the open market for only the second time since being constructed by 'Leech' in the mid 1970s is this splendid detached family house. It occupies a particularly pleasant location, literally on the south eastern edge of the town, immediately adjoining a small paddock to the rear and being very close to open countryside and the Cleveland Hills. Requiring an internal inspection to be appreciated, the house has been much improved by the present owners, and offers generously proportioned and well planned accommodation which benefits from a lovely conservatory/garden room which takes full advantage of the extremely private rear garden. Whaddon Chase has the benefit of being within the catchment of Belmont Primary School, an establishment of excellent repute which lies just around the corner on Lauderdale Drive. Neighbourhood shopping facilities are available at Enfield Chase and the historic town centre with its range of shopping facilities and amenities lies within a mile away. Guisborough is well placed for access to the Coast, the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and the industrial centres of Teesside. Literally just around the corner, off the end of Enfield Chase, direct access is gained onto the top of Belmangate, and thence directly into the hills, offering endless lovely walks. All in all A SUPER SPACIOUS DETACHED FAMILY HOUSE IN A LOVELY LOCATION - highly recommended.
