Property description
Please Note: This property is a HOUSE SHARE property.
This property does not require a deposit but does require two months rent in advance.
This property wowed me from the beginning and was a pleasure to walk round and explore. The layout of the downstairs is similar to open plan except it is separate by open arch ways leading from the lounge to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is in the process of being refurbished but it has all the white goods you need.
Throughout the house there are the old beams that really give this farmhouse the 14th century feel and the log fire they still have in place gives a cosy homely feel to it as well.
As you go up stairs you notice a trapezoid hanging from the ceiling which I think is for decoration but apparently is safe to use although I didn`t try it out myself! The bedrooms are all a decent size and even with a double bed in, there is still plenty or room. One of the bedrooms even includes and 8ft bed! I was shocked myself but it looks so comfy! All in total this property features five bedrooms.
In the middle of the landing is two fully fitted, very modern bathrooms containing bath shower, sink and toilet and a sauna in one and Jacuzzi in the other so no matter how stressful your day has been or even if you`ve over-worked yourself at the gym at least you know you have a relaxing environment to come back to.
