I was looking to downsize from a large Victorian property down in Worthing and was hoping to find somewhere that wasn’t too small and in a convenient location. So Crawford Gardens was ideal for me, with four bedrooms and two reception rooms I had all the space I needed for my furniture and for when my grandchildren came to stay. Being just off Kings Road it was in a great position to walk to the town, station and the park.
I had the conservatory built some time ago and it’s my favourite room in the house, it’s so lovely and bright. I love to sit there with a good book and enjoy the peace and quiet and the views over the garden.
