We bought this property around 4 years ago now. It was perfect for us. It was in the school catchment area we required, and the size of the accommodation was just amazing.

Since moving in we put in a new heating system, our very useful shower room, and the essential fibre optic broadband. The location has been perfect for raising a family, with the local pub only a short stroll away, and the chinese takeaway on the corner when you don't fancy cooking.

We will be sad to leave, but am sure the new owners will love it here as we have.
