I was attracted to the property as I have always liked the layout and versatility of town houses. Once I viewed the house I loved the location, it's in a cul-de-sac with all the properties being of a similar style and it's really convenient for the town centre and Horsham station.

I found the lounge/dining area light airy and spacious with a pleasant outlook. The lower ground floor area offered the same versatility for a third bedroom area if required, since letting the property out the current tenants have opted to use the converted garage as opposed to the back room with the shower room adjoining.
