Compared to other flats that we saw we loved the layout here, as being on two levels it felt very much like a house. We have kept the decoration light and neutral which we hope buyers will like and along with the large windows make the property lovely and bright.
We also love the outlook from the lounge over the communal gardens, being surrounded by mature trees and not overlooked and yet you’re only a short walk from the town centre.
The loft insulation has been replaced, along with the cavity wall insulation.
