The house appealed to us when we first saw it some ten years ago for many reasons. Firstly we liked the location being tucked away at the end of a cul de sac.
Secondly we liked the fact that it had potential and we've tried to make the most of that and thirdly - although we had no children at the time - we considered the school at Catherington to be excellent and so it has turned out to be.
