I bought this property a few years ago and was immediately attracted to the fact that it was safe and secure on the top floor, and needed nothing doing to it inside. As this was my first purchase I wanted a property that I could move straight into, and this certainly was it.

The location was another deciding factor as I travel to London daily, and the station being so close by was fantastic. I am also able to walk to Hornchurch town centre from here and never really have to worry about my car.

I will be sad to leave this home as I have really enjoyed living here, but the time has come for me to look for a bigger property.
