We bought this property a couple of years ago, and since owning it we have re-decorated completely and made it our home.
We chose this home over many others viewed primarily due to its location. We can walk to Emerson Park Halt for travelling into London or Romford for work and pleasure, and we are also able to walk to Hornchurch town centre which is a short stroll away.
We have loved the low maintenance of this property as it's extremely well looked after by the management company and requires little or no maintenance from us. We have decided now to move due to a growing family, but will definitely be staying in the area for our next home.
