Our parents lived here for many years; they decided it was the perfect home to live as they were always very active and independent. Whilst being independent they never had too many demands from the property and garden so was able to enjoy the later years without fuss.
The local shops and park are just down the road and with Horley town centre and station not too far they had everything on their door step. The road is filled with likeminded people giving a real sense of community. We were always mindful that the house had further potential to extend and convert but never needed the additional accommodation.
