Once passed Lowgate and in approximately half a mile turn left up a farm road which adjoins the B6305. The farmhouse is situated at the top of this road.  

SERVICES Mains electricity. Water and drainage to sceptic tank are shared with neighbouring property. Oil fired central heating. 

CHARGES The Council Tax and water bills are paid by the landlord and will therefore be added to the tenants monthly rental payments. The tenant will be expected to meet all other outgoings. There will also be a non- refundable charge of £210 (including VAT) for the administration of the application and credit checks. This charge is payable on the submission of the application of the tenancy.

 

DEPOSIT A deposit of £1100 will be lodged with the agents prior to the commencement of the tenancy. This sum will be returned at the termination of the tenancy subject to all commitments having been met.
