FEES AND DEPOSIT
The asking rent does not include letting fees or deposit. Depending on your circumstances and the property you select, the following fees may apply:
General Admin and Referencing Fee
£150 + VAT (£180 including VAT) per applicant
Deposit
A minimum deposit of 1 ½ months rent which will be held and registered with an approved scheme. Please contact us to discuss the deposit amount for a specific property you are interested in.
Guarantor Arrangement/Application Fees
In the event that a Guarantor is required, there will be an additional fee of £50 + Vat (per applicant).
Pet Disclaimer Fees/ Additional Pet Deposit
Fees may be charged on a per property or per tenancy basis. Please contact us to discuss fee for a specific property in more detail.
Checkout fee
£75.00 plus VAT (£90.00 including VAT) at the end of the tenancy.
Renewal fee
£ 75.00 Plus VAT (£90.00 including VAT) in order to renew your tenancy for a fixed term, if agreed with the landlord.
