The main attraction for us was the location, it is so quiet here yet we are just yards from the town centre and a moments' walk from the train station meaning the cars can be left on the driveway for most of the time. The layout is great for all types, three double bedrooms has never left us short of space when guests come over, and they always marvel at our bathroom which has a separate shower in it. We have tried to retain the character by leaving the original sash windows and stripping the floor boards which just adds to the charm. The garage is big enough for a car, but for us it has been the perfect storage area, and we have access to the garden as well. We will be very sad to leave, although I think my husband will miss the magnolia more, which is currently 120 years old.
