We moved here from further up the country and all we really wanted at the time was access to the sea and a quieter pace of life, but with enough space for the family to stay and have their own area to reflect in. Although we looked at a very wide area this house was the answer to our prayers and it has been a wonderful home. It is so quiet with no through traffic and being only one house back from the beach it is perfect. We have recently added the decking area which is a real sun trap as it faces south and our dog loves the long walks we can have along the beach in both directions.
We love living on Hayling and are remaining on the island but no longer need the size that this house offers, but do hope the next owners love it as much as us.
