We were drawn initially by its quirkiness, and how quiet the area was.

Having lived here since 2003, you get very use to the visiting birds, and squirrels, and the tranquillity of being able to hear the sea at night.

The size of the lounge and conservatory were other contributing factors when we came to buy it, and we are currently having the kitchen addressed, and a downstairs bathroom installed.

We have now decided to move to the Isle of Wight, so are keen to secure a buyer, hence, we have priced our home to sell.
