OUR COMMENTS Family homes don't get much better than this! This house really does have it all, from the convenient location with so much to do and see on your doorstep right through to the large, flat, child friendly rear garden which is a great place for the dog to run around in, and for the kids to play safely in after school. There is also the added bonus of off road parking for two cars. The bustling town centre is within easy reach, as is access to the mainland via the Fastcat or Hovercraft, the beach is just five minutes away and the local school is just a stones throw away giving you extra time to get ready in the morning! The first floor houses the three bedrooms and modern family bathroom, whilst the ground floor comprises of the 14' lounge, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, cloakroom and utility area. A spacious home for all the family to enjoy in a quiet location. A great choice for anybody looking for a large home close by to everything you need for daily life. 

OWNERS COMMENTS We felt that this was by far the best house we saw in terms of the space inside and for the outside space that the garden offers. We also felt that it would be a safe, quiet place to raise our children and so it has proved to be! We especially love the ground floor living and entertaining space available and having a separate dining room is great for sitting down together and discussing the days events. Having the off road parking is very handy when we come home laden with shopping bags. Everything we need for daily life is within easy reach including the town centre, shops, transport links and schools.
