Since moving to the property in 2010 some improvements have been made by us. New blinds, new carpet and underlay throughout, new taps and a shower head over the bath have been installed plus general decoration. The gas boiler which fuels the lovely warm central heating has been regularly maintained as has the UPVC double glazing and front door.

The outlook from all rooms is green and pleasant and there are communal spaces. This is a quiet peaceful location in which to live.

We are very sorry to leave and had hoped to stay here much longer. We sincerely hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
