DIRECTIONS Take the A1151 out of Norwich, Sprowston Road,. At the second roundabout take the 1st left onto Wroxham Road. Go through 4 roundabouts, continue onto Norwich Road. Turn left into Stepping Stone Lane, and left into Brunstead Road. Turn right onto Vicarage Road and continue onto Happisburgh Road. Slight right toward School Common Road and slight right again into School Common Road, where you will find the property on your left.
