I have lived here for 26 years and really love where it is, we have been able to keep our horses on the land and the area is stunning, so quiet and peaceful and yet everything is only a short drive away.
We love the surrounding countryside and the proximity to Chichester, Bosham and Emsworth. I will be sad to leave but now need something with less grounds to maintain and look after.
Although this bungalow was fine for me, this really is a place that would be ideal for a large family home.
