It is about a ten minute walk to town from here which is handy if you don’t drive. The station is about a five or six minute drive away giving you access to Brighton and London. Of course there’s a bus stop nearby to take you into Eastbourne and the surrounding villages.

When we are moved into this area we loved the amount of space on offer and that you can walk in to town which was really handy at the time. We would just nip over to the school to drop our son off and then set off to work. Now that our son has grown up we don’t need all the space this house has but we have lived here since 1988 and have loved every minute.
We love the fact there is so much parking and we get the sun in the morning which is wonderful to wake up to and in the afternoon the sun is in the garden so you can sit out and watch the sun set either from the kitchen, with the sun streaming through the window, or even sit out on the patio and enjoy the last of the sun.
We extended the lounge to make a large area for entertaining friends and family and we think the place is very cheery.
