I bought this bungalow for my Mum and as soon as I saw it, I knew it was the one for her. She was downsizing from a larger property so still needed a decent amount of space. I also didn't want her to have to worry about doing huge amounts of work, so the fact that the kitchen and bathroom had just been replaced was fantastic.
We installed a new boiler in 2013, so that's another job the new owner won't have to worry about.
My Mum has loved living here. The neighbours are fantastic, they all look out for her and she has loved being part of the community. As Mum has moved into a home, it is time for someone else to enjoy this bungalow as much as she has.
