Property description
Just a short walk away from Hackney Wick and Hackney Downs stations, living here makes travelling a breeze. If these aren't of interest then a brief walk to Dalston Junction will surely get you to where you need to go whether that's jumping on the train, bus or simply cycling to your destination.
The majority of houses on Graham Road have been converted into several flats but here you can appreciate the space on offer in every level of the house.
Most people will spend their time on the ground floor relaxing in the lounge or enjoying the incredible sized high quality kitchen with its plush granite work tops. Having a kitchen so big allows the whole family to sit and eat in the kitchen only using the dining area or the lounge for large celebrations or dinner parties.
Being in between London Fields and Hackney Downs means it is hardly far to go to beat the hustle and bustle of the City and experience beautiful environments for a little bit of stress free time.
Each bedroom is generously sized for the whole household to have their own private abode to retreat to. If you run out of space there is more room in the cellar to use as a storage area or possibly even convert to another room giving you the comfort of knowing that once you move in you will never need to worry about outgrowing your home.
What the Owner says:
Living here has got to be the most convenient place to live, not only do you have a giant Tesco just minutes walk from the front door but you are surrounded by dozens of transport links as well as lots of lovely little cafes and bars. A lot of work has been carried out at the property but I have been sure to keep in line with the character that you expect to see in a period property.
My favourite part of the house is the kitchen, not just because we invested a great deal of time and money in creating it but also because but because it is amazing to enjoy the company of my family while I am busy cooking. I am truly sad to be leaving a home that has belonged to my family for many decades but the time has now come for me to down size and move closer to my children.
