The location is superb as it provides easy access to a number of amenities; but at the same time provides serenity. The balcony is a fantastic feature and I enjoy siting here in the morning sun looking out at the river.

As the apartment is on the 3rd floor and recently built it is very energy efficient which results in the heating rarely being required in winter and low energy bills.
